I won't pretend for a second that this isn't just a candy bar in the shape of a pie.
Please don't let that stop you, though. It's really rich (in a good way, obviously). Plus, it's so easy, it's almost a joke.
WHAT YOU NEED:
1 6 oz., 9" graham cracker crust
1 (14 oz.) can sweetened condensed milk
2/3 cup butterscotch morsels
1 cup flaked coconut
3/4 cup chopped pecans
1 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Place pie crust on baking sheet. Pour entire can of sweetened condensed milk evenly over crust.
- Layer the remaining ingredients on top in the order listed. Bake for 30-35 minutes or until the edges are golden brown and bubbly. Cool completely before slicing.
