MAGIC COOKIE BAR PIE

I won't pretend for a second that this isn't just a candy bar in the shape of a pie.

Please don't let that stop you, though. It's really rich (in a good way, obviously). Plus, it's so easy, it's almost a joke.

Magic Cookie Bar Pie via hunt-and-harvest.com

WHAT YOU NEED:

1 6 oz., 9" graham cracker crust

1 (14 oz.) can sweetened condensed milk

2/3 cup butterscotch morsels

1 cup flaked coconut

3/4 cup chopped pecans

1 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips

HOW TO:

  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Place pie crust on baking sheet. Pour entire can of sweetened condensed milk evenly over crust.
  2. Layer the remaining ingredients on top in the order listed. Bake for 30-35 minutes or until the edges are golden brown and bubbly. Cool completely before slicing.
