Due to an unfortunate incident with a mandoline yesterday, my contributions to Thanksgiving were cut off. Literally. Thumbs are really underrated, so definitely give yours some thanks today because you never know when the devil's cooking utensil might take away the tip.
Long story short, this is not even a recipe. That does not mean you shouldn't make it.
WHAT YOU NEED:
About 1 cup stuffing
Handful of kale
In a small, lightly greased pan, heat leftover stuffing with kale until warm and just starting to get crispy. Remove from pan and set aside.
Heat a teaspoon or so of oil over medium high heat until just about sizzling. Crack an egg into oil and fry until whites are just set. Put egg on stuffing. Add salt, pepper and/or hot sauce to taste.
