WHAT YOU NEED:
2 1/2 cups unsweetened vanilla almond milk*
2/3 cup brown sugar
Few pinches of salt
2 teaspoons vanilla
1/2 cup chocolate chips (approximately)**
*Dairy and soy milk will work as well. I had almond so I that's what I used.
**I used dark chocolate chunks and in hindsight it was a terrible idea. Mini chips will work so much better. Amount will vary based on size of mold and personal preference.
- Put milk into microwave bowl and heat on high until warm to the touch, about 1-2 minutes.
- Stir in sugar, salt and vanilla until combined.
- Sprinkle chocolate chips into bottom of popsicle molds. Pour milk mixture on top. Insert sticks.
- Freeze until solid.
