HONEY MUSTARD CASHEWS

Honey Mustard Cashews

WHAT YOU NEED:

1/4 cup honey

1 tablespoon ground dried mustard

2 teaspoons olive oil

1/2 teaspoon salt

1/4 teaspoon smoked paprika

1/8 teaspoon cayenne pepper

2 cups raw cashews

HOW TO:

  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper. Set aside.
  2. In a medium bowl, whisk together all ingredients except the cashews. Add the cashews and toss until evenly coated. Spread onto prepared pan in a single layer and bake for 13-18 minutes, stirring every 5 minutes. Watch them carefully toward the end - they burn easily.
  3. Let cool before breaking into pieces and storing in an airtight container.
