I'm a huge sucker for trying new cocktails - throwing together random things in my fridge for some kind of bourbon victory.
This is a perfect example of that. Consider this recipe to be loose and adaptable. I definitely didn't measure anything.
WHAT YOU NEED:
for one drink
Honey to taste
2 oz. bourbon
Squeeze of lime juice
Club soda (I used lime Lacroix)
- In a small glass, muddle berries with honey. Pour bourbon and lime juice over top. Add ice and a splash of soda, stirring to combine.
- Optional alternative: Once berries are muddled, shake with other ingredients and then strain berry pulp. Pour strained mixture over ice and top with soda.
